Government's Public Sector Manager magazine turns its November edition to gender-based violence
The Government Communication and Information System's monthly publication also introduces Lloyd Nedohe as the new Head of Government Communications and Government Spokesperson.
The November edition of Public Sector Manager magazine is out, and it leads on efforts to combat gender-based violence and femicide and on promoting an inclusive society.
The government announced the new issue on its official X account on Thursday, describing those two themes as the edition’s highlights.
The same edition introduces Lloyd Nedohe as the new Head of Government Communications and Government Spokesperson. The announcement gives no further detail on his appointment, its terms or when he takes up the role.
Public Sector Manager is published for the public service and carries government communication on departmental programmes and priorities. The November issue is available through the link carried in the government’s post.
Gender-based violence and femicide remains one of the issues the state reports on most regularly, through police crime statistics, court outcomes and departmental campaigns. The magazine edition sets out the government’s stated efforts on the subject. It does not, in the announcement of the issue, carry new figures or a new programme.
