The South African Army Intelligence Formation has reached the volleyball final at Exercise VUKUHLOME V after beating the Airborne Brigade at the Lohatla Military Sports Centre on 3 November 2026.
The South African National Defence Force announced the result on its official X account, alongside four photographs from the event.
Exercise VUKUHLOME V is the army’s current large-scale exercise, and the sports programme at Lohatla runs alongside it. The SANDF’s post did not name the Intelligence Formation’s opponent in the final, or give a date for the decider.
The result stands as the defence force’s own account of the match. The Enquirer has not independently verified the score or the fixture list.
