The South African Army Intelligence Formation won its day-two football match 4-0 at Exercise Vukuhlome V, the South African National Defence Force said.
The Support Formation went to a penalty shootout against Joint Basic Military Training recruits after the match ended 1-1, and won it 3-1.

The defence force posted the results and four photographs from the day on its X account on Tuesday. Exercise Vukuhlome V is the army’s current training exercise, and the football formed part of its second day’s programme.
The results were the only details the defence force gave. It did not say where the matches were played, how many units are taking part in the exercise, or how long it is scheduled to run.
Exercise Vukuhlome V continues.
