BOSA's Roger Solomons casts his Cape Town mayoral vote as polls close
Build One South Africa used its official X account to confirm its Cape Town mayoral candidate had voted and to urge supporters to do the same before polling stations shut.
Build One South Africa’s Cape Town mayoral candidate, Roger Solomons, has voted, the party said on its official X account on Wednesday.
In the post, the party said Solomons had “officially voted for accountability and affordability back in Cape Town” and urged residents to “go make your mark before polls close”. The post carried three photographs from the campaign and the party’s campaign hashtag, #TheNextChapter.

The message is the party’s own account of its candidate’s vote and its own framing of what that vote was for. BOSA presents accountability and affordability in the city as the two things its campaign is asking voters to return.
The same post carried a direct instruction to voters still deciding whether to go out, with the party telling them to reach their polling station before closing time.
The Enquirer has no further detail from the party on the turnout, the ward or the result at the time of publication.
