ActionSA has taken its voter push to X, putting National Chairperson Michael Beaumont and National Spokesperson Mika Ngobeni in front of the camera to ask South Africans to come out and vote for the party.

The party’s official account posted the appeal on Wednesday, framing the ask around service delivery. The message to voters was direct: “Let’s come out in our numbes and vote ActionSA.”

In the same post, the party said the two were encouraging South Africans to come out and vote for effective service delivery. The appeal carried ActionSA’s #ReadyForAction tag alongside a ballot box emoji.

That is the whole of the party’s stated case in the post. It does not name a municipality, a province or a date, and it sets out no specific delivery commitment beyond the general promise of effective service delivery.

The post puts two of the party’s most senior public figures on the turnout message. Beaumont is named as national chairperson and Ngobeni as national spokesperson and MP.

ActionSA’s pitch here is aimed at voters who want services delivered, and it asks them to express that at the ballot box rather than through any other channel. On the evidence of its own post, that is the argument the party is taking to the public.
